Suggestion Box

Cet après-midi on a reçu un mail du nouveau MD:

In order to improve the communication between staff and top management we have decided to install staff suggestion boxes at our main and airport offices. Any suggestions should be submitted in a sealed envelope, in either Japanese or English language.

The suggestion boxes will be checked by our HR department on a weekly basis.For proper procedure, all envelopes will be opened and registered in presence of THE  MD ONLY.

All suggestions received will automatically become agenda points of our next regular management meeting.  We hold these meetings at worst monthly, while we can’t  promise that we will be able to fulfil every request, rest assured that we will carefully study and evaluate every suggestion received.

Je ne sais pas si ce procédé marche vraiment au Japon car les citoyens japonais sont en général connus pour ne pas dévoiler ce qu'ils pensent...remarquez, comme le formulaire peut être anonyme c'est peut-être un moyen pour les aider à se lâcher...
